New for 2019

6 Week block of 1 hour a week classes

1 hour relaxation class a week, focusing on meditation, breathing exercises, and visualisation, tips on sleeping better, common causes of stress, how to avoid/cope with stressful situations, the power of gratitude and importance of self-care. 

In modern day life, we are surrounded by stress and have little or no time for relaxation. K Therapies aim to help as many people as possible to change this and look after ourselves as a whole; our mind, body, emotions and spirit.
